Lead Wood Roll 45mm

Treated softwood timber core roll, impregnated with fungicides, insecticides, and water repellent agents. Used on traditional lead roofing systems to create raised joints between bays of lead sheet.

When fitted correctly using stainless steel nails at 450mm centres – prevents wind uplift whilst allowing for thermal expansion and contraction for the lead sheet.

Standard - 45mm diameter x 1.1m and 2.4m length

Uses:

• Joining bays of lead sheet on flat or pitched surfaces
• Forming watertight joints in lead-lined gutters and cladding
• Allowing thermal movement of lead sheets
