Lead Soaker - Code Green 1.32mm

Lead Soaker Code Green 1.32mm x 6m in length. Different widths are available.

Lead Code Green is used for:

• Soakers: Placed beneath tiles/slates at wall abutments or chimney
• Damp course

A Lead soaker is a small right-angled lead insert used as a long-term solution when installing chimney cheeks, dormers and abutments.

Code Green Lead is cut into a variety of sizes and installed beneath each course of slate or tile creating a watertight barrier beneath the step flashings when each step flashing overlapping the soaker below.

Lead Code Yellow and Lead Code Blue soakers might be used if greater stiffness is required.

Note: We supply 1.32mm rather than 1.25mm as the theoretical weights for the smaller roll sizes are the same.

Install in line with BS6915 and BS5534.
