Standard products

Standard - Expect delivery between 1 and 4 working days from the date of placing your order.
Quicker – Next day and timed deliveries available upon request.

Monday to Friday - Orders placed before 14:00 will be despatched that day. Later orders the following day.

Saturday to Sunday - Order will be shipped on Monday.

Bespoke products

Timeframe confirmed once order is placed. If critical, we advise speaking with use before placing your order.

Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & Scotland Deliveries

At this time, deliveries to these locations in addition to any location that may incur additional ferries charges and/or tolls are limited. Please contact us before ordering and we will do our utmost to accommodate where possible.

Delivery Instructions

Please let us know at the time of your order if you have any specific delivery requests by entering the relevant information into the note section of your order. Whilst we can’t guarantee that we (or our third-party agents) will be able to adhere to all requirements, we’ll will do our utmost do accommodate where possible.

We ask that pay particular attention to tour Terms and Conditions as these may differ to other online website terms, due to the value of The Goods and risk of damage and theft that some of our metal products invite.

Returns

To return an item, notify us by email and ensure that you included details including any order numbers and/or identifying references.

· Products may be returned as long as we consider the product to be in resaleable condition.

· Due to volatile metal market pricing conditions, we will only consider returns of metal products within 3 working days of your original delivery date; 7 working days for other products.

· Delivery costs will not be refunded.

· Restocking charges will apply:

o Lead and other metal products a restocking charge of 25% will apply [including Lead, copper and stainless steel rolls, lead expansion joints and slates].

o A restocking charge of 15% is charged for all other ancillary products.

· Collection by us of palletised goods will be charged at £120.

· All returns to: Abbey Metals Trading Ltd, Unit 9 Armstrong Way, Southall, Ealing, UB2 4SD

· Unfortunately, due to them being bespoke items, non-standard and special order items will not be accepted for returned.

· Any products that have been installed, attempted to be installed will not be considered for return or refund.

Refunds

Refunds will be made with 48 hours once the returned items have been inspected and all other deduction [restocking charges/collection charges] have been received /deducted from the total owed amount.
