The Complete Range refers to ALL Rolled Sheet products, produced for building purposes, manufactured to BSEN 12588:2006; from 1.25 mm up to 6.00 mm.
For ease of use, the standard expresses the most commonly ‘used in practice’ sizes in Colour Coded groups. For ease of identification ‘we’ have added the typical ‘used in practice’ descriptions below.
Note: Neither the ‘Used in Practice’, ‘Fitted Area’ and ‘Fitted Lengths’ guide information appears within the standard. We are expressing it here for your convenience.

How to order/Specify:
Set out your order or specification as per BSEN 12588:2006 - identifying the follows:
· Colour Band (example Red)
· Thickness (example 2.00 mm)
· Length [Standard 3 and 6 metre] (example 6 metres)
· Width [Standard between 100 mm to 1200 mm] (example 600mm)
· Batmark Free
Gives you: Code Red, 2.00 mm x 6 mtr x 600 m – Barmark Free
British Standard 12588 is a metric standard as is the British National Standard, BS 6915 and BS5534 (although 6915 and 5534 continue to contain references to imperial sizes)
